  • 3 cups flour, for the dough
  • 3/4 cups Oikos® Greek yogurt with red fruits, for the dough
  • 1/3 cups sugar, for the dough
  • 1 egg, for the dough
  • 30 grams yeast, fresh, for the dough
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, for the dough
  • 1/4 cups Oikos® Greek yogurt with red fruits, for the filling
  • 1 cup almonds, sliced, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups mixed berries, for the filling
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 1 cup Oikos® Greek yogurt with red fruits

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, Oikos® Greek yogurt with red fruits, salt, sugar, egg, and fresh yeast.Knead using a hook attachment for 20 minutes or until the dough is well combined and has a homogeneous and elastic consistency.Place in a previously greased bowl and let it ferment for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface and add Oikos® Greek yogurt with red fruits, sliced almonds, and red fruits.Roll up and cut slices 2 cm wide. Place in a baking dish, add the zest, brush with butter, and bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
  • Serve the red fruit rolls and decorate with Oikos® Greek yogurt with red fruits.
