  • 2 concha
  • 120 grams butter, in cubes, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • In a bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar, and sugar until it slightly changes color. Then, add the egg, the yolk, and vanilla. Mix and incorporate the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
  • When you obtain a homogeneous dough, add the chips and mix until integrated.
  • Form 5 cm balls, place inside the shell, close, and place another ball on top of the shell.
  • Place on a baking tray and bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
