In a bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar, and sugar until it slightly changes color. Then, add the egg, the yolk, and vanilla. Mix and incorporate the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. When you obtain a homogeneous dough, add the chips and mix until integrated. Form 5 cm balls, place inside the shell, close, and place another ball on top of the shell. Place on a baking tray and bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
