Enjoy this classic of Mexican bakery, but with a twist! Get to work and prepare these yogurt cups, as they are an excellent source of protein and will provide you with the energy you need to start your day.
1 cup N/A Yogurt griego endulzado Danone®, for the filling
1 package cream cheese, for the filling
orange zest, for the filling
1/4 cups honey, for the filling
nut , for decoration

Process the flour, sugar, salt, butter, egg, and vanilla essence for 1 minute, just until the ingredients are combined and you obtain a crumbly dough.
For the filling of the cups: In a bowl, mix the egg, Danone® Sweetened Greek Yogurt, cream cheese, orange zest, and honey until well combined. Set aside.
Place a bit of the dough in a cupcake mold and use a tequila shot glass to press, compact, and form the base of the cup.
Pour the filling of the cups until they are filled to ¾ of their capacity, sprinkle with walnut, and bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
