Get excited to make your own loaf bread and try this recipe for a fluffy texture, perfect for sandwiches, toasting, or spreading—it's spectacular and best of all, very easy to make.
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, salt, and dry yeast.
Add the milk, water, and butter, mixing until fully combined.
On a smooth surface, knead for about 10 minutes until you have a soft and smooth dough, let it ferment in a well-covered bowl for an hour and a half until it doubles in size.
Place the dough on the table and press to remove excess gas, folding and rolling the dough until you get a cylinder.
Place in a previously greased and floured loaf pan, let it ferment for another hour and a half, and brush with milk; bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy.
