  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine Kellogg’s® Coco granola, raisins, and honey with the flour, yeast, and salt.
  • Lightly heat the milk in the microwave, being careful not to boil it. Pour the milk over the butter to melt it. Add the honey and warm water.
  • Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients with Kellogg’s® Coco granola, raisins, and honey. Mix everything until you achieve a dough consistency. Knead for 20 minutes in the mixer with the dough hook or by hand on the table. You should have a smooth and elastic dough.
  • Lightly grease a glass baking dish with a little oil and place the dough inside, cover it, and let it rest for 1 hour, until it doubles in size.
  • Sprinkle a little flour over the table and place the dough. Stretch it with your hands without applying too much pressure until forming a rectangle and fold the corners inward, underneath the dough to shape it like a loaf.
  • Place the dough in a loaf pan. Brush the top with warm honey and sprinkle with Kellogg’s® Coco granola, raisins, and honey.
  • Let it rest for another 40 minutes to finish rising. Bake the bread for 40-50 minutes at 180°C. Remove from the oven, let it cool for 10 minutes, and unmold.
