This honey bread with granola is perfect to start your mornings. It is made with Granola Kellogg's® Coco, raisins and honey that gives it a delicious flavor. It has a sweet honey flavor and a soft and fluffy texture. What better way to start the morning than with a homemade bread.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 of Cup of Granola Kellogg's® Coconut, raisins and honey
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of Salt
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1/4 of Cup of Water tibia
  • 2 spoonfuls of unsalted butter
  • 1/2 Cup of honey
  • 2 spoonfuls of almond filleted and without peel

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Combine Kellogg's® Granola Coconut, raisins and honey with flour, yeast and salt.
    Heat the milk lightly in the microwave, taking care not to boil. Pour the milk over the butter to melt it. Add honey and warm water.
    Pour the mixture with milk to dry with Granola Kellogg's® Coconut, raisins and honey. Incorporate everything until you have the consistency of dough. Knead for 20 minutes in the blender with the hook or hand utensil on the table. It should stay a soft and elastic mass.
    Lightly grease a glass refractory with a little oil and place the dough inside, cover it and let it stand for 1 hour, until it doubles its volume.
    Sprinkle some flour on the table and place the dough. Extend it with your hands without putting too much pressure into a rectangle and fold the corners inwards, underneath the dough to form a pancake shape.
    Place the dough in a pancake mold. Rinse the top part with warm honey and sprinkle Kellogg's® Granola Coconut, raisins and honey.
    Let it rest for 40 more minutes so that it finishes growing. Bake the bread for 40-50 minutes at 180 ° C. Remove from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes and unmold.

    PRESENTATION

    Cut it into slices and serve. You can spread some jam and butter.

    TIPS

    Replace high-fat cheeses with cottage cheese in your preparations to reduce the contribution of fat and sodium.
