1/3 cups butter, in cubes, at room temperature and with a softened texture
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds

Place 2 pieces of egg and beat with a fork in a heatproof rectangular container, then add the almond flour, coconut flour, softened butter, and baking powder. Mix well with a silicone spatula or with the same fork.
Add a tablespoon of each seed (sunflower, sesame, and chia), integrate into the mixture, and spread evenly. Then, place the rest of the seeds on the surface and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes. Let the keto bread rest for 30 seconds before removing it from the microwave.
Let it cool, remove from the mold, and slice the keto bread. Serve with honey or prepare your preferred sandwich.
