This is a very easy recipe, of course not so obvious but very delicious. You can let your creativity flow and choose whatever flavor of ice cream you want.
Remove the ice cream from the refrigerator; once it reaches room temperature, mix it with the salt and baking powder. Then add the flour, mixing slowly; you can add a little sugar.
In a loaf pan, spread butter or oil and sprinkle a little flour so it doesn't stick.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
