Ice Cream Bread

This is a very easy recipe, of course not so obvious but very delicious. You can let your creativity flow and choose whatever flavor of ice cream you want.

  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 cups ice cream
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

  • Remove the ice cream from the refrigerator; once it reaches room temperature, mix it with the salt and baking powder. Then add the flour, mixing slowly; you can add a little sugar.
  • In a loaf pan, spread butter or oil and sprinkle a little flour so it doesn't stick.
  • Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
