  • In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: flour, yeast, salt, parmesan cheese, pepper, oregano, and onion powder. Mix everything very well.
  • To the mixture, add the butter and with clean hands, mix well.
  • Gradually add warm water and continue mixing until you obtain a homogeneous dough that easily comes off your hands.
  • Shape the dough into a ball, and make a cross in the center, set aside in the bowl and cover with a damp cloth to let it rise for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, knead it again. Repeat at least two times.
  • With the dough ready, on a clean and dry surface, roll out the dough with a rolling pin and place it in your pizza mold, leaving a very thin layer, about 0.5 centimeters thick.
  • On the rolled-out dough, place a bit of tomato puree, add a layer of sliced ham, julienne peppers, mushrooms, pineapple, and the cheese, shredded or grated.
  • In the preheated oven at 200° Celsius, bake the pizzas for 30 minutes or until cooked and the cheese is golden.
  • Serve the pizza; you can accompany it with salad.
