Light Homemade Pizza

  • 1/4 cups butter, melted

  • In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients: Flour, yeast, salt, Parmesan cheese, oregano pepper and onion powder. Integra everything very well.
  • To the mixture add the butter and with clean hands, integrate well.
  • Add the warm water little by little and keep mixing, until you get a homogeneous mass and that it easily detaches from your hands.
  • roll the dough, and cross the center, reserve in the bowl and cover with a damp blanket to levitate 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, knead it again. Repeat at least twice.
  • With the dough ready, on a clean and dry surface spread the dough with the help of a rolling pin and place it on your pizza pan, leaving a very thin layer, about 5 centimeters.
  • On the extended dough, place a bit of tomato puree, add a layer of ham slices, julienne peppers, mushrooms, pineapple and cheese, shredded or shredded.
  • In the oven preheated to 200 ° C, bake the pizzas for 30 minutes or until cooked and golden brown.
  • Serve the pizza, you can accompany it with salad.
