It is a pizza with many strong flavors, easy to make, and very tasty. It is ideal for informal gatherings with friends or for the weekends. It is my family's favorite pizza.
Place the flour on a countertop in the shape of a volcano with a hole in the middle, add the vegetable oil, salt, yeast, and water gradually while combining the ingredients without kneading; when the dough no longer sticks to your fingers, let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Chop the onion into cubes and fry it in a pan with oil, after frying a bit, add the meat and let it cook on very low heat for about 2 minutes. Set aside.
When the dough is ready, stretch it with your fingers and place it on the baking tray where you will cook it. Stretch the edges slightly so that they overflow the tray and roll the slice of cheese together with the dough like pancakes, leaving the edge flattened with a fork.
Spread the tomato sauce all over the dough, then add the fried onion with the meat, the sliced tomato, ham, and cheese, all well distributed, and finally sprinkle oregano on top.
Place in a preheated oven at 230ºC on cooking flame for 10 minutes and then switch to browning flame for 10 more minutes.
The time depends on the oven.
