Place the flour on a countertop in the shape of a volcano with a hole in the middle, add the vegetable oil, salt, yeast, and water gradually while combining the ingredients without kneading; when the dough no longer sticks to your fingers, let it rest for about 10 minutes. Chop the onion into cubes and fry it in a pan with oil, after frying a bit, add the meat and let it cook on very low heat for about 2 minutes. Set aside.
