Put the flour in a meson in the form of a volcano with a hole in the middle, add the vegetable oil, salt, yeast and water little by little while the ingredients are put together without kneading, when this dough does not stick on the fingers let it rest about 10 minutes.
Chop the onion in cubes and fry it in a pan with oil, after frying it a little, put the meat on it and leave it on a very low heat for about 2 minutes. It reserves.
When the dough is already ready, stretch it with your fingers and put it on the baking tray where you cook it. Stretch the edges a bit so that the tray overflows and roll the slice of cheese together with the dough like pancakes and leave it the shore crushing it with a fork.
Paint all the dough with the tomato sauce, then put the fried onion with the meat, the sliced tomato, the ham, and the cheese, all this well distributed and finally the scattered oregano.
Place in a preheated oven at 230ºC in a cooking flame for 10 minutes and then change to a golden flame for 10 more minutes. The time depends on the oven.
