Miracle Bread

This fabulous and practical miracle bread will save you in any pinch, as you do not need to ferment the dough; you just need to mix all the ingredients and bake. This bread is called that because of how easy it is to prepare, but at Kiwilimón we decided to give it an extra touch of flavor by adding a bit of olive oil, garlic, and rosemary.

  • Mix the flour and yeast in a bowl, then gradually add the water and mix with a wooden spatula until dissolved. Next, pour in the olive oil, continue mixing with the wooden spatula, and add the salt, fresh rosemary, and garlic. Mix until incorporated.
  • Place the dough in a floured and greased ceramic or cast iron pot, add olive oil, cover the pot, and bake at 200 °C for 40 minutes. It is important not to preheat the oven, as this will help form a crust on the bread.
