1 cup plain yogurt
2 eggs
1/2 cups honey, or agave
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
2 tabasco banana, ripe

Preheat the oven to 150° C and place cupcake liners in the muffin tin or simply grease it.
Place the peeled bananas in a bowl and mash them, trying to leave a few small chunks, then add the other ingredients and mix by hand.
If you wish to add fruit or seeds, divide the mixture and add the desired ingredient to taste.
Bake at 180° C for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
