Oat Muffins

  • 2 1/2 cups oats, in flakes
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups honey, or agave
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tabasco banana, ripe

  • Preheat the oven to 150° C and place cupcake liners in the muffin tin or simply grease it.
  • Place the peeled bananas in a bowl and mash them, trying to leave a few small chunks, then add the other ingredients and mix by hand.
  • If you wish to add fruit or seeds, divide the mixture and add the desired ingredient to taste.
  • Bake at 180° C for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
