Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 1/2 cups oats, in flakes
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups bee honey, or agave
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 bananas from Tabasco, mature

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C and put cups in the mold for cupcakes or just paste it.
Put the peeled bananas in a bowl and mash them, trying to leave a few small pieces, add the other ingredients and mix by hand.
If you want to add fruit or seeds, divide the mixture and add the desired ingredient to the taste.
Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

PRESENTATION

Hola Luanda, se ha comprobado que la avena puede ser tomado como un cereal que no contiene gluten, si se tiene desconfianza de este cereal puede ser consumido en pequeñas cantidades o verificar en el empaque de la avena que este diga que es libre de gluten, espero haber ayudado a tus dudas, saludos.

ESTA RECETA TIENE GLUTEN La avena es uno de los cereales que contiene gluten  por favor sean cuidadosos al respecto ya que están ofreciendo un plato sin gluten y eso es muy delicado, una persona celíaca podría hasta morir intoxicado con un platillo asíGluten= trigo, avena, cebada y centeno
