250 grams flour
30 grams sugar
1 pinch salt
1 egg
7 grams yeast
100 milliliters water, warm
50 grams butter
30 grams milk powder
1/2 teaspoons almond essence
1 tablespoon anise seeds
sesame seeds, for decoration

Mix the flour and yeast, set aside.
Place the butter, sugar, salt, egg, and powdered milk in the mixer, mix very well.
Gradually add the flour mixture with the yeast while slowly adding water.
Once our dough has a good consistency, add the almond extract and anise seeds.
Place in a greased bowl with a little oil and cover with a kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let it rest until it doubles in size.
After the resting time, shape the breads and decorate them.
Brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds, then bake at 180ºC for 15-20 minutes.
