1/2 cups cow's milk
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1/2 onions, chopped
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

It is put to soak the roll in the milk, after it absorbed it is squeezed.
Season the onion in a pan with melted butter.
In a bowl put the bread soaked and squeezed together with the onion.
Add the chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper, oil and the two egg yolks.
Apart beat the 2 clear nougat point and add to the mixture stirring to integrate.
A refractory is greased with butter and a little ground bread is sprinkled.
Pour the preparation, put some ground bread on top and put it in the oven at 180 degrees, approximately 45 minutes.
Insert the tip of a knife and if it comes out clean is that it is ready.
