1/2 bolillo rolls
1/2 cups cow's milk
1 tablespoon parsley , chopped
1/2 onions, chopped
3 tablespoons oil
1 lemon
salt
pepper
1/2 sticks unsalted butter

Soak the bolillo in milk, and once it has absorbed the milk, squeeze it out.
Sauté the onion in a skillet with melted butter.
In a bowl, combine the soaked and squeezed bread with the onion.
Add the chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper, oil, and the two egg yolks.
In a separate bowl, beat the 2 egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold them into the mixture to combine.
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle a bit of breadcrumbs.
Pour the mixture, sprinkle some breadcrumbs on top, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Insert the tip of a knife, and if it comes out clean, it is ready.
