Orange Oat Cupcakes

This is a cupcake recipe that you can use to decorate or simply enjoy with a coffee or chocolate.

  • 320 grams sugar
  • 500 grams flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 380 milliliters cow's milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 orange
  • oats, for sprinkling

  • Preheat the oven to 250ºC.
  • Beat the egg and sugar, then add the oil. Once it's fluffy, add the flour, grate the orange peel, and squeeze the juice. Add the milk and mix everything, and finally add the baking powder.
  • Place the mixture in muffin or cupcake molds and sprinkle with oats or nuts, or simply leave them plain, and bake for 20 minutes.
