  • 6 cups flour
  • 2 San Juan® eggs
  • 15 grams dry yeast
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 10 grams salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups milk, warm
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 cup bacon, fried and finely chopped
  • 1 San Juan® egg, for brushing
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese

  • Combine the flour, 2 Huevo San Juan®, dry yeast, sugar, salt, garlic powder, warm milk, and butter. Knead for 20 minutes or until the dough is elastic.Add the manchego cheese and bacon and knead for 2 more minutes. Place in a previously greased bowl and let rise for 1 hour.
  • Divide the dough into 60-gram portions and place them in a baking dish, leaving a 2 cm space between each one. Let rise for another 20 minutes.
  • Brush with Huevo San Juan® and decorate with parmesan cheese and parsley. Bake at 170 °C for 25 minutes.
