Parmesan Cheese Bread

  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 250 grams flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground garlic
  • 30 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons grain salt
  • 200 grams sour cream

  • Place the flour, garlic powder, baking powder, sugar, parmesan cheese, butter, and sour cream in the mixer. Beat until a homogeneous dough forms.
  • Remove the dough from the mixer and knead it on the table to finish integrating it. Form balls of the same size and place them on a baking tray with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  • Beat the egg and brush the balls, sprinkle the coarse salt on top, and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
