Ingredients

14 portions
  • 100 grams parmesan cheese
  • 250 grams flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground garlic
  • 30 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 200 grams sour cream

Preparation

Place the flour, garlic powder, baking powder, sugar, Parmesan cheese, butter and sour cream in the blender . Beat until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Remove the dough from the blender and mash it on the table to finish integrating it. Form balls of the same size and place them on a baking tray with silicone mat or waxed paper.
Beat the egg and varnish the balls, sprinkle the salt on top and bake at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
