Parmesan Cheese Sticks

Delicious parmesan cheese sticks, the perfect accompaniment to make your meals even tastier. It’s a very simple recipe to make, where you only need to bake for five minutes.

  • Oven preheated to 210° C
  • Mix the butter (you can substitute with any fat you prefer) with the flour and rub with your hands until it forms a sandy texture.
  • Form a volcano with the previous mixture and incorporate the salt and sugar.
  • Add the water and mix lightly until fully combined.
  • Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the dough into sticks of 3 cm x 10 cm, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and a little thyme.
  • Bake at 210° C for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with the roasted and crushed tomato.
