Pizza Dough

The pizza dough recipe is totally homemade, ideal for cooking with the whole family and having a great time.

  • 100 grams all-purpose wheat flour
  • 2.5 grams dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 50 milliliters water

  • Put the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the center.
  • Add yeast, sugar, salt, and water right there.
  • Mix all the ingredients to form a dough.
  • Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and put the dough there.
  • Add the oil and knead until smooth.
  • Grab another bowl and sprinkle some flour and place the dough inside.
  • Let the dough rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
  • Put it back on a flat surface and roll it out.
  • Shape the dough and put it on a tray.
  • Add the ingredients you want and bake the pizza at 220 C for 14 minutes.
