100 grams all-purpose wheat flour
2.5 grams dry yeast
1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch table salt
50 milliliters water

Put the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the center.
Add yeast, sugar, salt, and water right there.
Mix all the ingredients to form a dough.
Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and put the dough there.
Add the oil and knead until smooth.
Grab another bowl and sprinkle some flour and place the dough inside.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
Put it back on a flat surface and roll it out.
Shape the dough and put it on a tray.
Add the ingredients you want and bake the pizza at 220 C for 14 minutes.
