110 milliliters cow's milk
110 milliliters water, warm
500 grams flour
1 envelope yeast
3 grams salt
3 grams sugar
40 milliliters vegetable oil

Make a well with the flour and salt.
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water (5 tablespoons of water per 1 packet).
Gradually add the milk and water to the dough.
Add the salt and sugar.
Add the oil.
Add the previously dissolved yeast.
Once it doesn’t stick to the table, let it rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour in a warm place, covered with a hot, damp cloth.
