Pizza or Calzone Dough

This pizza dough is perfect for both sweet and savory pizzas and does not need to be pre-baked.

  • 110 milliliters cow's milk
  • 110 milliliters water, warm
  • 500 grams flour
  • 1 envelope yeast
  • 3 grams salt
  • 3 grams sugar
  • 40 milliliters vegetable oil

  • Make a well with the flour and salt.
  • Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water (5 tablespoons of water per 1 packet).
  • Gradually add the milk and water to the dough.
  • Add the salt and sugar.
  • Add the oil.
  • Add the previously dissolved yeast.
  • Once it doesn’t stick to the table, let it rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour in a warm place, covered with a hot, damp cloth.
