1 kilo flour
1 tablespoon salt
2 1/2 cups water, warm
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
30 grams yeast
1 cup tomato sauce, for pizza
3 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 can canned anchovy
pitted black olives, cut in half

In a deep bowl, put 2 and a half cups of warm water, add fine salt, 30 grams of yeast, and 2 tablespoons of oil.
Mix well and before cooling, place the flour on the table in the shape of a volcano and add the liquid in the center.
Start kneading well, when you notice that the dough is ready and no longer sticks, make a long roll and cut it into 4 pieces.
Cover the 4 pieces with a clean, dry cloth and let rest for 45 minutes; each piece will start to rise and then you can begin to make the pizza.
Each piece is for 1 regular pizza.
Take a piece of dough and place it on a flat surface. Roll it out in a circular shape.
Add tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, anchovies, and olives.
Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden.
