In a deep bowl put the 2 and a half cups of warm water, add the fine salt, the 30 grs. of yeast and 2 tablespoons of oil.
Mix well and before cooling, place on the table the flour in the form of a volcano and there in the middle add the liquid.

Each piece is for 1 normal pizza.
Take a piece of dough and bring it to a flat table. Extend it in a circular way.
Add the tomato sauce, the mozzarella cheese, the anchovies and the olives.
Bake at 220 degrees centrigrados for 10 minutes or until the edges are browned.
