Pizza with Black Olives

It's always good to try new flavors; I recommend trying pizza with black olives! This pizza has a salty flavor from the olives that you will really enjoy.

  • 1 kilo flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups water, warm
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 30 grams yeast
  • 1 cup tomato sauce, for pizza
  • 3 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • pitted black olives, slices

  • In a large bowl, put 2 and a half cups of warm water, add fine salt, 30 grams of yeast, and 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • Mix well and before it cools, place the flour in a volcano shape on the table and add the liquid in the middle.
  • Start kneading well, when you notice that the dough is ready and no longer sticks, make a long roll and cut it into 4 pieces.
  • Cover the 4 pieces with a clean, dry cloth and let them rest for 45 minutes; each piece will begin to rise and then you can start making the pizza.
  • Each piece is for 1 regular pizza.
  • Take a piece of dough and place it on a flat table. Roll it out in a circular shape.
  • Add the tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and olives.
  • Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
