A very easy pie to make, delicious and perfect to keep in the refrigerator and take as a snack to the office. This delicious and healthy dish will not let rush be a factor for not eating healthy.
Add the butter and milk, and beat until a smooth dough forms. Divide it into two parts.
Roll out one of the dough portions and place it in a previously greased mold. Cover the bottom of the mold with the dough. Use a fork or knife to make several holes so that the dough doesn't puff up while baking.
Sauté the onion and poblano strips, cook until the onion looks transparent. Then add the cream, mix, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the filling in the pie mold, sprinkle grated cheese over the mixture. Cover with the other portion of dough that we reserved and brush with egg using a brush. Make some holes on top to allow the pie to breathe.
Bake for 30 minutes at 250°C.
