Rustic Banana Bread

  • 3 bananas
  • 200 grams flour
  • 90 grams butter
  • 80 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 milliliters cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly mash the bananas, leaving them in chunks.
  • Mix the butter, sugar, egg, milk, and beat very well.
  • Add the flour and baking powder, already sifted, to our previous mixture
  • Add the banana, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix and beat for 1 minute.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold; bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
  • Let cool and serve.
