Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 bananas
  • 200 grams flour
  • 90 grams butter
  • 80 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 milliliters milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Smash the bananas lightly, you have to see them in pieces.
Mix the butter, sugar, egg, milk and mix well.
We add the flour and baking powder, already sifted to our previous mixture
Add the banana, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix and beat for 1 minute.
