A delicious recipe of Scottish origin, this snack is known as Flapjack. A dessert easy to make and with a flavor you'll love. Delicious oat triangles sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
Preheat the oven to 175° C. In a bowl, with an electric mixer, beat the softened butter, sugar, and vanilla. The mixture should be fluffy.
Without stopping the mixer, add the flour and half of the oats.
Mix well.
With a wooden spatula, add the rest of the oats. Incorporate everything.
In a 22-centimeter mold, place the mixture and press down the dough.
Using a knife, divide into 8 triangles without reaching the bottom. Just mark. Bake the triangles for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool in the mold, then separate and serve.
