A delicious recipe of Scottish origin, this snack is known as Flapjack. An easy dessert to make and with a flavor that you will love. Delicious triangles of oatmeal sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 150 grams of lard
  • 2/3 of Cup of raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 of Cup of flour
  • 3 cups of oats

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. In a bowl, with an electric mixer , beat the softened butter, sugar and vanilla. The mixture should be sponged.
    Still beating, add the flour and half of the oatmeal. Mix well.
