2 tablespoons water, warm
4 cups wheat flour
1 tablespoon milk powder
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
90 grams butter, at room temperature
190 grams cream cheese
1 egg, for brushing
black sesame seeds

Preheat the oven to 180°C, 20 minutes before baking the rolls.
Hydrate the yeast with the water and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Add to the mixer the flour, powdered milk, salt, sugar, and the hydrated yeast.
Add the eggs and beat until integrated, add the butter, and continue beating until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
In a previously greased bowl, place the dough and let it rest until it doubles in size.
For the filling, cream the cheese with a spatula, place it in a piping bag with a plain tip.
Weigh out 40-gram balls, place the cream cheese in the middle and form a ball.
Place on a baking sheet and slightly flatten, brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds, let ferment for 20 minutes.
Bake for 10 minutes.
