1/2 kilos wheat flour
1 cup water, tibia
1/4 cups olive oil
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tablespoons salt
4 tablespoons yeast, cool
250 grams spinach
1 tomato, in thin slices
200 grams deli ham
100 grams Manchego cheese
100 grams Parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Pour flour into a table, in the middle of this put yeast, sugar, oil and warm water little by little. Once dissolved add the salt.
Since it is well kneaded, make a small ball and cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for half an hour.
To extend it with a roller in a circular or square shape, depends on the tray you have.
Once the dough is spread, oil your mold with oil so that the dough does not stick and knead you pass to the mold.
Chop the dough with chopsticks, then add sauce.
Add diced ham, spinach, tomato and cheese.
Put it in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
