Spinach Pizza

Delicious spinach pizza that kids and adults will love.

  • 1/2 kilos wheat flour
  • 1 cup water, warm
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons yeast, fresh
  • 250 grams spinach
  • 1 tomato , in thin slices
  • 200 grams deli ham
  • 100 grams Manchego cheese
  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Pour flour on a table, in the middle add yeast, sugar, oil, and warm water gradually. Once dissolved, add salt.
  • Once well kneaded, make it into a ball and cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for half an hour.
  • Roll it out with a rolling pin in a circular or square shape, depending on the tray you have.
  • Once the dough is rolled out, grease your mold with oil so the dough doesn’t stick and transfer the dough to the mold.
  • Poke the dough with toothpicks, then add sauce.
  • Add ham cut into small cubes, spinach, tomato, and cheese.
  • Put it in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
