Spinach Pizza

Exquisite spinach pizza, children and adults will love it.

  • 1/2 kilos wheat flour
  • 1 cup water, tibia
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons yeast, cool
  • 250 grams spinach
  • 1 tomato, in thin slices
  • 200 grams deli ham
  • 100 grams Manchego cheese
  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Pour flour into a table, in the middle of this put yeast, sugar, oil and warm water little by little. Once dissolved add the salt.
  • Since it is well kneaded, make a small ball and cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for half an hour.
  • To extend it with a roller in a circular or square shape, depends on the tray you have.
  • Once the dough is spread, oil your mold with oil so that the dough does not stick and knead you pass to the mold.
  • Chop the dough with chopsticks, then add sauce.
  • Add diced ham, spinach, tomato and cheese.
  • Put it in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
