Stuffed Cream Cheese and Spices Bread

Prepare this delicious and easy snack of stuffed baguette filled with a mixture of cream cheese and spices, which has a crunchy crust and a delicious filling. Best of all, you don't need to bake it.

  • 3 cream cheese, at room temperature (190g each)
  • 1/4 cups jocoque
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon basil, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 cups olives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups salami, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 baguette

  • For the dip, mix the cream cheese with the jocoque, rosemary, basil, oregano, olives, salami, mustard, garlic, and onion powder. Season with salt and white pepper.
  • Cut the ends off the baguette and using a serrated knife and a spoon, hollow out the bread, being careful not to break it.
  • Fill with the spiced cheese dip and lightly compact with the help of a spoon.
  • Cut into medium-thick slices and serve.
