150 grams Oikos® greek style yogurt
1 french bread
3 tablespoons strawberry jam
2 eggs
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cups cow's milk

Heat a non-stick pan.
Cut slices of bread 4 - 5 cm thick. Make a horizontal cut without going all the way through, so that the filling stays between the bread.
In a bowl, mix the yoghurt with the jam.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, cinnamon, and milk and mix well.
Take the yoghurt mixture and fill the bread, dip in the egg mixture. Do all the slices before you start frying.
Place the butter in the pan and melt it, fry all the slices of bread in the pan until golden brown.
