Sweet Puff Pastry Sticks

Puff pastry sticks with sugar and cinnamon. They are perfect for a breakfast where bread is essential to accompany that cup of coffee, tea, or chocolate with which we all finish our breakfast.

  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup sugar

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  • Cut the puff pastry into strips of 15 cm long * 2 cm wide.
  • Beat the egg and brush the strips.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Roll up the strips and place them on baking trays lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until they are golden.
