Sweet Puff Pastry Sticks

Puff pastry sticks with sugar and cinnamon. They are perfect for a breakfast where bread is essential to accompany that cup of coffee, tea, or chocolate with which we all finish our breakfast.

500 grams puff pastry
1 egg
3 tablespoons cinnamon powder
1 cup sugar

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Cut the puff pastry into strips of 15 cm long * 2 cm wide.
Beat the egg and brush the strips.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Roll up the strips and place them on baking trays lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes or until they are golden.
