Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200ºC
Cut the puff pastry into strips that are 15 cm long * 2 cm wide.
Beat the egg and varnish the strips.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Roll the strips and put them on baking trays with star paper.
Bake for 15 minutes or until you see that they are golden.
