1 teaspoon yeast
4 cups flour
1/4 cups water, warm
7 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cups sugar
125 grams butter

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Mix the yeast with water and a teaspoon of sugar. Make sure there are no lumps and that the mixture is smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt, 6 eggs, melted butter along with the yeast and sugar mixture.
Knead the mixture until it forms a dough. Place the dough in a bowl and cover it.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour until it doubles in size.
Separate 1/3 of the dough to make the bones.
With the rest of the dough, form a ball.
With the reserved dough, form the bones, a small ball, and add them to the main ball.
Brush the bread with the egg and bake it in the oven for 40 minutes.
Take out the bread and sprinkle with sugar.
Return it to the oven for 10 more minutes.
Take it out and serve.
