  • 7 grams yeast
  • 100 milliliters water
  • 200 milliliters olive oil

  • Heat the water to room temperature and dissolve the yeast there.
  • Mix the flour and salt, add the water with the yeast and oil.
  • Work the dough until it is well mixed.
  • Keep kneading to activate the yeast.
  • Let the dough rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • Squash the dough and make circles a little smaller than a tortilla.
  • Put them to cook on the grill with a little oil. They should be slightly golden.
