1 pinch salt
7 grams yeast
100 milliliters water
200 milliliters olive oil

Heat the water to room temperature and dissolve the yeast there.
Mix the flour and salt, add the water with the yeast and oil.
Work the dough until it is well mixed.
Keep kneading to activate the yeast.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Squash the dough and make circles a little smaller than a tortilla.
Put them to cook on the grill with a little oil. They should be slightly golden.
