Pita bread is a tortilla-shaped bread used to accompany any dish.

1 pinch salt
7 grams yeast
100 milliliters water
200 milliliters olive oil

Heat the water to room temperature and dissolve the yeast in it.
Mix the flour and salt, add the water with the yeast and the oil.
Knead the dough until well mixed.
Continue kneading to activate the yeast.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
Flatten the dough and make circles slightly smaller than a tortilla.
Cook them on the griddle with a little oil. They should be slightly golden.
