The pita bread is a tortilla-shaped bread that is used to accompany any dish.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 200 grams flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 7 grams yeast
  • 100 milliliters Water
  • 200 milliliters olive oil

Preparation

Heat the water to room temperature and dissolve the yeast there.
Mix flour and salt, add water with yeast and oil.
Work the dough until well blended.
Keep kneading to activate the yeast.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
Crush the dough and make circles a little smaller than an omelet.
Cook them on the griddle with a little oil. They should be slightly golden brown.

Le falta la unidad de medida de la levadura . La harina debe ser en gramos

A través de Android se que 200 harinas es en gramos pero la levadura es en que? cucharadas? gramos?
