Tuna pizza

I love preparing the whole family the delicious tuna pizza because they eat at the moment and if it is left over, it is stored in the refrigerator and serves to repeat. It is also useful if you go on a trip, it is easy to transport it.

  • 1 kilo flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 25 grams salt
  • 8 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 500 milliliters water, tibia
  • 1 envelope yeast
  • 6 cans tuna, for the filling
  • 4 tomatillos, for the filling
  • 1/2 onions, for the filling
  • 2 cloves garlic, for the filling
  • 1 pinch oregano, for the filling
  • salt, to taste, for filling
  • vegetable oil, to fry
  • 1 kilo Manchego cheese, grated

  • For the bread we mix all the ingredients and let them rest until they double their volume.
  • For the stuffing we chop tomato, onion and garlic and put them to fry and add the tuna mix and let low heat to reduce.
  • We start the oven from this moment. When the ready mass is divided into the number of trays that we prepare, I made four of these to spread the dough in the previously oiled tray, put in the oven about 20 meters and apply part of the filling and a part of the cheese sprinkled on top.
  • We bake for forty minutes, this will depend on each oven.
  • When we take it out we can leave it and offer it hot.
