I love making delicious tuna pizza for the whole family because they eat it right away, and if there are leftovers, it can be stored in the refrigerator for later. It's also great for traveling as it's easy to transport.
For the dough, we mix all the ingredients and let them rest until they double in volume.
For the filling, we chop tomato, onion, and garlic, fry them, add the tuna, mix, and let it simmer on low heat until it reduces.
We preheat the oven at this moment. When the dough is ready, we divide it into the number of trays we will prepare; I made four of these, spreading the dough on the previously greased tray, we put it in the oven for about 20 minutes, adding part of the filling and some of the cheese sprinkled on top.
We bake for about forty minutes; this will depend on each oven.
Once removed, we can cut it and serve it hot.
