For those who no longer want to eat tuna the same old way, this is a good option I developed so that at home they can continue consuming this food that has so many beneficial properties for our body without getting bored.
Drain the tuna and set aside. In a pot, boil the potatoes previously cut into cubes of approximately 1 cm and the whole tomato.
In a skillet, sauté a julienned onion, when it changes color, add a clove of garlic previously chopped.
Cut the spinach into strips and add them to the skillet.
When the spinach is cooked, add the potatoes (already cooked) and the tuna.
7. Blend the tomatoes with a little onion and half a clove of garlic. Strain and pour into the skillet.
Sauté for a few minutes, integrating all the ingredients. Adjust the seasoning.
Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Flour the surface where you will work with the puff pastry and roll it out to approximately 30 or 35 cm.
Fill it and cover the filling with a layer of cream and then a layer of cheese. Close it.
Put it in the oven for about 30 minutes in the middle of the oven.
