Ingredients: 4 cans canned tuna in water; 1/2 kilos puff pastry; 1/4 kilos tomato; 1 onion, medium; 1/2 kilos spinach; 1/4 panela cheese; 1 cube chicken consommé; 2 cloves garlic; 1/4 potatoes; 1/4 sour cream; 1 egg

Wash and disinfect the leaves and vegetables. Drain the tuna and set aside. In a pot, boil the potatoes previously cut into cubes of approximately 1 cm and the whole tomato. In a skillet, sauté a julienned onion, when it changes color, add a clove of garlic previously chopped. Cut the spinach into strips and add them to the skillet. When the spinach is cooked, add the potatoes (already cooked) and the tuna.
