  • 1 kilo whole-wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 2 cups beans, mashed, thick
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • water, for the dough

  • Hydrate the yeast with a little water and mix well.
  • In a bowl, add the dry ingredients: whole wheat flour, sugar, salt, and oatmeal flakes.
  • Gradually incorporate the bean puree to obtain a dough, add the olive oil, and knead until elastic.
  • On a table with a little flour, form very round balls of approximately 50 grams.
  • Let the balls ferment for 20 minutes or until they double in size.
