Ingredients

4 portions
  • 11/2 envelopes yeast, (16 g) hydrated with water
  • 1 kilo whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 2 cups bean, mashed, thick
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • enough Water, for the mass

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
Hydrate the yeast with a little water and mix well.
In a bowl add the dry ingredients, whole wheat flour, sugar, salt and oat flakes.
Add the bean puree little by little to obtain a dough, add the olive oil and knead so that it becomes elastic.
On a table with a little flour, form very round balls of approximately 50 grams.
Ferment the balls for 20 minutes or until they double in size.
Bake for 20 minutes or until well cooked. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
