Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and set aside while I prepare the rest.
Mix in a food processor, put the flour, salt, and sugar in the bowl with the metal blade. Pulse several times to mix.
Add the yeast and butter, pulse 8 or 10 times until the dough forms a ball. If it is very soft and sticky, add a tablespoon of flour or a little more, until you have a ball.
Let the dough rest for 5 minutes, then turn on the food processor for 30 seconds continuously.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and turn it to coat all the dough with oil, cover with plastic, and let the dough rise to double its volume, about an hour.
After this time, place the dough on a lightly floured surface and divide the dough into 2 equal pieces.
To shape each loaf, roll each piece into a rectangle, roll the shorter side of the rectangle to form a cylinder (this should be the length of the mold). Place the dough cylinder in the mold with the seam side down. Do the same with the other half.
Cover the molds with plastic and let them rise to double their volume. Preheat the oven to 400ºF and place the oven rack in the middle.
When they have fully risen, place them in the oven and bake for 30 minutes until golden and firm, and also until their internal temperature is 210ºF, remove from the mold and let cool.
