2 portions
  • 2 cups Water, warm to 110 F
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast, dry active
  • 5 cups flour
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted

We need 2 molds of 22 cm x 11 cm greased.
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and set aside while preparing the rest.
Mix in food processor, put the flour, salt and sugar in the container with the metal blade. Press several times to stir.
Add the yeast and butter, press 8 or 10 times until the dough becomes a ball. If it is very soft and sticky, add a spoonful of flour or a little more, until you have a ball.
Let the pasta stand for 5 minutes, then turn on the food processor for 30 seconds without stopping.
Put the pasta in a greased container and turn it over to cover all the oil paste, cover with plastic and let the pasta rise to twice its volume, about an hour
After this time put the pasta on a lightly floured surface and divide the pasta into 2 equal pieces.
To form each bread, extend each piece in a rectangle, wind the shortest side of the rectangle to form a cylinder, (this must be the length of the mold). Put the dough cylinder in the mold with the seal down. Do the same with the other half.
Cover the molds with plastic and let them rise to twice their volume. Heat the oven to 400ºF and put the oven rack in the middle.
When they have fully risen, put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes to be golden and firm and also that its internal temperature is 210ºF, unmold and let cool.

A packet of yeast is 2 1/2 teaspoons. When unmolding the bread put it to cool supported on one of the sides. It is very important to use the thermometer to have the correct temperature.

En la parte de los ingredientes piden agua tibia, pero en el modo de preparación hablan de agregar la levadura en leche tibia... pueden por favor aclarar ese punto. Gracias!!!
