Whole Grain Bread

  • 250 grams whole-wheat flour
  • 250 grams all-purpose wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 250 milliliters drinking water, Warm
  • 30 grams oats
  • 9 grams baker's yeast

  • In the mixer or in a bowl, add olive oil, water, sugar, flour, yeast, flour, salt, and oats. Mix well; when it no longer sticks to the bowl, transfer the dough to a clean surface with a little flour, where we will finish kneading the dough perfectly, form a ball, and cover to let it ferment.
  • Once the dough has doubled in size, divide it into two and place it in a previously greased and floured loaf pan. Let it rest once more until it doubles in size.
  • Brush with egg and add the remaining oats. Bake at 200° C for 30 minutes, then lower the temperature to 170° C for 15 minutes. Let cool and remove from the mold.
