Once the dough has doubled in size, divide it into two and place it in a previously greased and floured loaf pan. Let it rest once more until it doubles in size.
Brush with egg and add the remaining oats. Bake at 200° C for 30 minutes, then lower the temperature to 170° C for 15 minutes. Let cool and remove from the mold.
