225 grams whole-wheat flour
1 tablespoon milk powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon dry yeast

Take the pan of your bread maker and pour the water and sunflower oil into it.
Add the flour, powdered milk, salt, and sugar. Make a well with your finger in the flour until you see the liquid and add the yeast.
Place the pan in the bread maker and close it. Select the whole wheat option with a medium crust and turn it on.
Once the bread is ready, turn off the machine and remove the bread from the pan, allowing it to cool.
