Whole Wheat Bread

This whole wheat bread recipe is for making in a bread machine.

  • 175 milliliters water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 225 grams whole-wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast

  • Take the pan of your bread maker and pour the water and sunflower oil into it.
  • Add the flour, powdered milk, salt, and sugar. Make a well with your finger in the flour until you see the liquid and add the yeast.
  • Place the pan in the bread maker and close it. Select the whole wheat option with a medium crust and turn it on.
  • Once the bread is ready, turn off the machine and remove the bread from the pan, allowing it to cool.
